The Cross of Lorraine watermark has two letter C's, one is reversed and the letters intertwine one another. The Cs likely represent Charles III, the Duke of Lorraine and his wife Claude, the Duchess of Lorraine.
Watermark and variant description
Cross of Lorrain - variant B.a.b. Two overlapping C's facing outwards. without the Greek cross in the middle. Crown above. The initials P (or possibly B) below.
