Physical description
Cream cotton skull cap embroidered in multicoloured silks in formalised floral repeat pattern. The circular cap has a heavily embroidered ban of floral design executed in half-cross stitch, or tent stitch. the flat crown is worked in a satin featuring turquoise, red, purple and pink floral design. The cap is lined with pieces of woven striped cotton and is quilted with hand stitching done in a circular pattern on the crown.
