Physical description
The sandals have a wedge sole consisting of seven layers of clear perspex laminate, sculptured to curve in from the seat of the heel and then back down to the base of the sole. There are five cylindrical channels running at intervals through the perspex, they are threaded with the narrow pink leather strap which the cris-crosses the foot of the wearer and fastens at the ankle. the base of the perspex wedge is finished with a layer of black rubber.
