Physical description
Dark (cobalt) blue body with a plain rim, knocked off and ground down, convex sides and a flat base slightly concave below. Decorated with horizontal grooves, one broad one below the rim and at the maximum diameter a broad groove flanked by two narrow ones. Below this are two narrow grooves near the base. The lower sets are symmetrically placed at intervals of 2.0 cm. The bowl is blown but no pontil mark and the decoration is cut with a wheel.
