Physical description
Oblong shaped with a light fringe on three sides. Rows of stars and sexagonal shapes between black bands. The central panel has a brown border with central designs of 6½ patterned black and black diamonds with 'star motifs' in the space to each side. Tapa was made to hang in the hut of Ratu Pope, paramount chief of Fiji at the time of celebrations for jubilee of British rule in Fiji.
