Physical description
Princess-line dress of eau-de-nil coloured silk with double-breasted front closing, long sleeves, bustle and tie-back skirt. Trimmed down centre front to the hem with two rows of silk covered buttons. There is a tiny pocket on the left hip. The back bodice is cut with six panels and features decorative tabs at centre hip level. The skirt is decorated with pleated and frayed ruffles and the sleeves are trimmed with handmade lace. The dress is lined with cream cotton.
