Physical description
The artist says of this work: 'This is the front side of Lumpu Lumpu near Djugerari Station. Just behind this place there is living water. When I was young my parents took me walking all around here.' She also says of Lumpu Lumpu, 'The pamarr (rock) in this place is full of dark reds and blues.' The site is of special significance to the artist because her family used to live there a long time ago. It is also a place of sadness, because station people shot Walmajarri people in this country.
