Physical description
A strapless dress with a 1950s style full skirt made of layers of plastic. The bodice is constructed over a strapless long-line bra, which is covered in plastic. The top layer of the dress is clear plastic, the second layer of plastic is hand painted with large circles in red, blue, purple, white and black. The second layer of the bodice has inserts of black cotton netting and the top edge is finished with white plastic tubing. Additional white plastic tubing is wrapped around the waist.
