A 'bondage' shirt of white cotton muslin, it has slashed shoulders and long sleeves sewn with metal dog clips which attach to the metal 'D' rings on the shoulder to restrict arm movement. The seams along the outer edges of the body and sleeves are raw and fraying. The front is printed with the words 'Anarchy in the UK / Sex Pistols', against a Union Jack ground in a collage format using a printed pattern of cut-out paper letters, imagery of safety pins, paper clips and bulldog clips.
