Physical description
Evening dress with strapless boned bodice and ¾ length skirt panel in black organza. The dress comprises overlapping horizontal rows of fabric across the bodice and skirt of increasing width as they descend the dress. Back detail of long floating sash. The skirt is lined and stiffened over the hips and through both front and back panels. The dress is constructed using a combination of machine and hand sewing and fastens at the centre back with a metal zip and hook and eye.
