Physical description
Outift comprising men's jean jacket, Bronzino shirt and trousers. (a) Black cotton jean outfit with long tapering sleeves, collar and patch pockets. The jacket is made from hand screenprinted cotton in “zodiac” design with contrast “snakeskin” yoke and side panel design detail. Jacket fastens down centre front with six metal buttons. (b) Men’s long-sleeve, hand screenprinted in black and white, cotton shirt. Features large black and white print of a Bronzino painting (An Allegory with Venus and Cupid) on centre front, back and sleeve with borders of classical motifs running along collar, side seam and hem line. A contrast embroidered panel of grapes and vine leaves runs down the centre front with six button fastenings. Band also at each cuff which also has button fastening. (c) Men’s wide-legged trouser with cuffs, attached to wide waistband with matching fabric belt with metal clasp. Trousers feature screenprinted panels in dragon design and two side pockets.
