Innocence is purity. It lingers with the children and tweens from a time where boys still had boy germs, and make-up, alcohol and drugs were non-existent. As I’ve grown through high school, I’ve witnessed that the age of the loss of innocence is getting younger each year. Swearing, violence, binge drinking, drugs – kids as young as twelve are killing off everything that was once pure in their world. I want to expose this issue. The uncomfortable composition, harsh contrast and grungy line work lights up our future for all to see.
