My work aimed to find an answer to the question – how can I draw my mind? My folio became a metaphorical, symbolic biopsy of my brain and I created a cartoon to represent my consciousness. By drawing caricatures in the style of Tim Burton, I symbolised my thoughts, piecing each idea together to visualise the dynamic aesthetic of an over-active mind. The bold colours and movement capture the hyperactive energy in a hectic composition emphasising disorder and chaos.
