The opening page of Glen’s folio for Unit 3 provides a colour key to explain how he will highlight in the folio where he is using the language of selected Analytical Frameworks as a tool to support reflective annotation.

On the following page (not illustrated) he explains that ‘After visiting the Loris and Gibbon sanctuary at Cat Tien in Vietnam I learnt about the plight of these poor endangered animals. I felt a personal connection to these animals and I want to create an artwork that will share my sadness and also raise awareness about how humans are destroying these beautiful animals, and about the illegal pet trade. He circles his text with a green highlighter to indicate that this aim reflects a ‘Personal Framework’ for creating art.
