Albrechet Dürer, Francisco Goya y Lucientes, Jean- Honoré Fragonard, William Blake, Eugène Delacriox, Max Klinger, Pablo Picasso, Paula Rego, Peter Booth and the Chapman Brothers are among the artists represented is the NGV’s new exhibition, Grotesque: The Diabolical and Fantastic in Art.
Rajput: Sons of Kings brings together 74 paintings and drawings that encapsulate the vitality and sensuality of Indian life in the Maharana’s court during the 17th-19th centuries.
The Impressionists: Masterpieces from the Musée d’Orsay will display more than 90 iconic works by 35 great artists including Édouard Manet, Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Paul Cézanne, Edgar Degas, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Camille Pissarro, Pierre Bonnard, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec and Alfred Sisley.
