In the NGV Multimedia department we are busily putting the finishing touches on our Melbourne Now App in collaboration with Carter Digital.
This free App going to be a great tool to help you navigate Melbourne Now.
Due to the vast nature of the exhibition it will be a handy resource to have with you as you are enjoying the Galleries.
The Melbourne Now App will allow you to quickly and easily browse the wealth of programs and events associated with Melbourne Now (a list of programs are also available on the NGV website).
The App will also allow you add programs you are interested in attending to your smart phone’s calendar.
Both the App and the website can also be used to investigate information about artists associated with the exhibition as well as helping you explore the projects they’ve created.
We’re very keen to share in your experiences of Melbourne Now too via the hash tag #MelbourneNow, with a feed to be displayed inside the NGV itself.
We are getting very close to the launch of this exciting exhibition. Like the rest of the NGV Multimedia team I am looking forward to seeing the motif of this vibrant and intriguing city explored from the view point of its most creative inhabitants.
