The Indigenous Collection To coincide with the staging of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games, the BlueScope Steel Indigenous Galleries at NGV Australia will be completely rehung with the major exhibition Land Marks. In preparation for this radical transformation, the BlueScope Steel Indigenous Galleries are closed for refurbishment and installation until 10 February 2006. During this period there are a small selection of works from the collection of Indigenous art displayed within the permanent collection galleries on level 2.
