With over 250 works gathered from Australian and New Zealand collections, this exclusive-to-Melbourne exhibition traces the development of British art and society across six decades of tremendous innovation and change.

The exhibition will include some of the most famous names in 20th century British art and shed new light on many artists who are lesser known, but whose work will surprise and delight visitors.

Yvonne Audette: Different Directions 1954–1966

Yvonne Audette is one of Australia’s most accomplished abstract artists.
This exhibition of paintings and drawings focuses on Audette’s expatriate years, charting the development of her earliest experimentation with abstract forms, to the lyrical calligraphic and graffiti works for which she is renowned.
