Support the NGV: The NGV Foundation

The NGV Foundation attracts support for the National Gallery of Victoria through cash donations, bequests to the Gallery and gifts of works of art. The generosity of NGV Foundation members has ensured that the NGV collection has grown into a priceless national treasure, a cultural and educational resource that enriches the minds and lives of the community.

The National Gallery of Victoria is delighted to have launched the Supporters of Decorative Arts on Wednesday 30 April 2008, the group will assist with the ongoing augmentation of our outstanding collections of decorative arts.

NGV Director, Dr Gerard Vaughan unveiled recent acquisitions and major  loans on Friday 7 March, and at the same time appealed for funding support from the community to help the Gallery secure two major new works.
