NGV Members
Conditions of your Membership

1. Membership benefits and discounts are only available upon the presentation of a valid membership card or another official form of identification.
2. Membership cards and their benefits are non transferable.
3. NGV Membership is non refundable.
4. The additional Member of a Duo Membership can only be transferred / changed at the time of renewal.
5. 2 or 3 year Membership options can only be selected at the time of joining / renewing.
6. A fee of $5 per Member per card is payable for all requested replacement cards. A temporary Membership card may be issued and used if the Membership is within four months of the renewal date.
7. The NGV may terminate a Membership if a Member fails to comply with these terms and conditions or misuse of Membership privileges.
8. An NGV Membership will be considered ‘lapsed’ if not renewed by the due date.
9. The expiry date of an annual Membership subscription cannot be suspended or extended past the expiry date stipulated on the Membership.
10. Children under the age of 13 years of age, who are part of a Family Membership, will not be issued with an individual Membership Card; however, full Membership entitlements are still accessible.
11. The NGV reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or Membership benefits where necessary at any time without prior notice.
