Zoë Croggon has a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Victorian College of the Arts with First Class Honours. She has held solo exhibitions at Daine Singer and the Melbourne Art Fair. Croggon is the recipient of an ARTAND Australia / Credit Suisse Private Banking Contemporary Art Award (2014), the Asia-Pacific Photobook Prize (2015) and the ACACIA Art Award (2010). Her work is held in collections including the Art Gallery of New South Wales, National Gallery of Victoria, MUMA, Gippsland Art Gallery and Artbank.
Susan van Wyk, Senior Curator, Photography, NGV
Susan van Wyk is the Senior Curator of Photography at the National Gallery of Victoria. Since joining the Gallery in 1989, she has curated numerous exhibitions of Australian and international photography. Recent exhibitions include Alex Prager, Edward Steichen and Art Deco Fashion, Thomas Demand, Confounding: Contemporary Photography, Deep Water: Photographs 1860-200 and Luminous Cities: Photographs of the built environment. Susan is the author of No Standing Only Dancing: Photographs by Rennie Ellis, The Paris End: Photography Fashion and Glamour, and co-author of Second Sight: Australian Photography in the collection of the National Gallery of Victoria; and is the Curator of the exhibition Follow the Flag: Australian artists and war 1914-1945.
