Conditions of Entry

1. A valid NGV Members card is to be presented to staff prior to entry
2. No food or drink is to be taken into the Members Lounge
3. Members are requested to refrain from talking on mobile phones in the Members Lounge and to respect the comfort of fellow Members by keeping noise levels to a minimum
4. Group meetings are not to be held in the Members Lounge
5. Members are reminded to ensure their children accompanied by an adult at all times
6. On entering the Gallery, please leave all large bags, parcels, backpacks and umbrellas in the cloaking facility, and be sure to remove valuables (handbags and small camera cases less than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm are accepted into the Gallery)
7. The National Gallery of Victoria reserves the right to search any bag or parcel brought into the premises or left under its control
8. The Gallery will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property left in its care
9. NGV Members staff reserve the right to restrict entry to the Members Lounge during busy periods
