Physical description
Long woven plum-coloured woollen coat with matching detachable neck-scarf. The coast has exaggerated ‘balloon’ sleeves ending in a narrow cuff, a high rounded neckline, decorative tabs below each armhole and two large patch pockets at either side of centre front opening. The detachable neck scarf threads through a large loop at centre back neckline and encircles the collar to end in two trailing ties at centre front. The coat fastens with five press studs, buttons down centre front and is fully lined in lime green silk. The detachable scarf is lined in a rust brown moire silk fabric.
