Experience the evocative smells, contemporary tastes and playful surrounds of Supernormal Natsu (Japanese for ‘summer’) as award-winning Melbourne chef and restaurateur Andrew McConnell (Cumulus Inc., Cutler & Co, Supernormal) resides at NGV’s Garden Restaurant for a good time (not a long time) during Triennial EXTRA. In a nod to Supernormal’s pan-Asian roots, the menu will celebrate the abundant produce of the season presented through a collection of new and exciting dishes exclusive to Natsu.

Artist Hassan Hajjaj transforms Gallery Kitchen into a vibrant, Moroccan tea house. Experience ‘noss noss’ – a term used in Moroccan cafe culture to order coffee and milk (half and half), and enjoy a summer menu inspired by Moroccan cuisine.

Hassan Hajjaj is supported by the Orloff Family Charitable Trust.
