Fast Fashun: DIY or Die Look Book

Presented by Tenfingerz and Famous Artist Sebastian Berto

Sorry you missed this one!

Fast Fashun: DIY or Die Look Book is the culmination of a three week residency ending the day of this book launch. Local queer artists, Tenfingerz and Sebastian Berto, draw on their backgrounds in fashion, graphic design, photography and grass roots event production to examine clothing waste creatively by repurposing a tonne of clothing waste, otherwise destined for landfill, to create Fast Fashun: DIY or Die Look Book. Over two days during the Melbourne Fashion Festival, makers, artists and audiences were invited to up-cycle and create new looks from the waste. This look book is a documentation of this exploration into the perils of the fashion industry.
