When you grow up with the idea that building is an art, every time you seem to witness a miracle. This is the case for Renzo Piano, one of the most famous Italian architects in the world, author of the Center Pompidou in Paris, the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome and the buildings of the New York Times. In this film Carlos Saura follows Piano in the design of the Botín Center in Santander, Spain. The story soon becomes a reflection of Piano’s creative process, which attempts to equate architecture with art, as he alters the landscape of the city with this building.
