Showcasing the very best of Victoria’s VCE design students, Top Designs celebrates its 20th anniversary at the Melbourne Museum in 2020. With over 1000 submissions from throughout Victoria, the final selection of works celebrates the future of Australian contemporary design through various disciplines. The exhibitors have mastered sophisticated design techniques and applied these to real-world problems with an informed and innovative approach.

Top Designs acts as a stepping stone for career progression across the creative fields; giving young, inspired professionals the opportunity to shape their futures through the application of multi-disciplinary design practices. The pieces on display at Melbourne Museum include furniture, textiles, communication and digital designs, engineering and more.

The exhibition represents individuals from a range of government, independent and Catholic schools in Victoria’s metropolitan and regional areas.

Tickets to Top Designs are included with admission and students can enter Melbourne Museum for free.

Please note: this exhibition will run until 12 July 2020.
