Physical description
Sleeveless black silk taffeta dress with wide ruffle trim around neck descending down centre front opening and around hemline. The deep V neck is fastened with a metal open-ended zip that reaches to the front waist. Attached overskirt falls open at centre front to reveal plain underskirt which is fastened with a zip in the left side seam. Bodice and overskirt fully lined with self fabric. Underskirt backed with black silk organza. Separate wide covered belt and buckle of black taffeta secured with two metal hooks and a series of corresponding metal eyes.
