The ANZ Bicentennial Art Commissions supports major Australian aritsts to create work on ‘a subject related to Australia’s bicentenary’. Nine paintings were commissioned by artists Peter Booth, John Brack, William Delafield Cook, Colin Lanceley, bea Maddock, William Robinson, Gareth Sansom, Jan Senbergs and John Wolseley. Each of the paintings will be acquired by a state gallery.
