Physical description
Child’s long-sleeved dressing gown of hand-pieced crazy patchwork in light-coloured small scale floral printed fabrics including pinks, powder blues, greens, yellows and reds. Most fabric pieces are cotton, with some synthetic fibre fabric also present. The patchwork piece edges are turned under and herringbone-stitched over the seams. Garment is lined with pink synthetic fabric, and interlined with lightweight wadding, most likely cotton. Blue plastic buttons. Patch pocket at lower waist.
