Physical description
A landscape painted on gold paper with calligraphic brushstrokes in subtle tones of ink, showing a mountain with trees and a house in the foreground and echoed in the background. The empty space between comes to life with rhythmic silhouettes of a flock of cranes. The painting was originally made on a folded fan and then removed from the bamboo framework and mounted on paper.
