Physical description
Green shallow bowl with the lip knocked off, the rim fire-smoothed and folded downwards and inwards to form a tubular rim, the top of the sides splayed to form a wide flange and below this descending in a convex curve to a tubular base ring with a concave base. The bowl is blown and the base ring formed from the same gob as the vessel by blowing a secondary bulb and pushing it in from below; pontil-mark in kick on base.
