Physical description
Depressed globular shape with two broad strap handles, wide knob to lid with central well in knob, yellowish/ochre glaze painted over with dark brown slip; on the lid a radiating design of dashes and on the body of the casserole, a design of grasses and dots in groups of three, all in wax-resist.
