Physical description
Elongated wooden mask, hollow at the back, the edge with a thick fringe of light brown ribre with a shock of cassowary feathers at the top. Around the outside of the face, a double row of cowrie shells set in resin, eyes with mother of pearls. Face decorated with circles of shells set in resin. The eyebrows are of human hair.
