printed in ink l.c.: THE ASSAULT on the MAIN BODY of the PLACE / The Bstion being taken, the Aʃsailanted pushed Saps forward to the Wall which shuts the Gorge of the Bastion, & charge their Mines in readineʃs: They mak Breaheswith their Cannon in the Battlements, & summon the Besieged to deliver / the Place, in case of refusal which is not frequent after such Advancesare made, the Besiegers prepare for a general Aʃsault. They spring their mines, paʃs over the ruins of the Breaches, & push the Enemy to the Grand Retrenchment, / which covers the inside of the Place, which they attack in several parts and once.
