The print given by Montfalcon & w(hi)ch very probably is / coppy'd from that in the Book of the Antiqus in the famous Gallery of Giustiniani is something different from this Drawing, th:(e) figure at ye end on the / Right hand w(hi)ch has here the face in Profile is there a three quarter face, the figures on either side of the Minerva differ from the Print in the position of ye arms & (...illeg.) / The Great Court of the Palace Mattei is full of bas-Relifs Antiques of w(hi)ch this is one, not much bigger than this Dr. / JR.jun (Lugt 2997b: Jonathan Ricahrdson Junior)
