Physical description
Black velvet jacket with scarf tie collar and long sleeves. Lined with a floral silk of navy blue ground with dull red, yellow and grey motifs. The front edges and sleeves are trimmed with appliqué scallop edging in the same fabric and a flower trim on the lapel.
