Physical description
Burgundy silk satin bodice with false waistcoat front, shaped with whale bone. Collar and cuffs trimmed cream silk fringing and the front panels and cuffs are decorated with glass beads. Fastens centre front with concealed metal hooks and handstitched eyelets. Inside waist tape with metal buckle. Lined with cream silk with grey and burgundy grid pattern.
