Physical description
White muslin full length dress with long double sleeves trimmed with lace, the front bodice shirred, the waistline and shoulder lines trimmed with piping, the skirt is gathered at the waist and has two plain flounces and three bands of chain stitch embroidery in a floral pattern. Fastening down centre back with 10 eyelets and one loop with a series of hooks (replacements?). The dress is entirely handmade. Casing at centre front for boning (which is not present). Bodice is lined with white cotton.
