Physical description
Skirt of black satin constructed of five panels. Front is flat with some fullness at back. Front features five bands of black lace, each laid on the diagonal and descending down the skirt. Each band is finished with a black satin covered button. Left proper side opening fastened with metal hooks and eyes. The skirt is backed in black cotton.
