Physical description
Ensemble comprising dress and coat. (a) The evening coat of pale brown silk taffeta has three-quarter length sleeves and fastened with a button at the neck. (b) The short empire line dress of pale brown silk taffeta has a black lace bodice with a scoop neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. The skirt gathers onto a wide waistband featuring a centre bow & sash, over a longer skirt of black silk with a deep decorative border of black lace trimmed with velvet ribbon.
