Physical description
The loafers have red leather uppers combining a rounded bullnose toe, with an extended tab over the instep. The throat of the loafer has an elastic insert, which fastens to the underside of the tab with a strip of red Velcro attached, with a thread visible on the uppers. The lower rubber sole is followed by a wooden wedged half-sole and a four-level stacked leather section, all of which are overpainted with the same red as the uppers. The insole and lining are of a light brown leather, with a woven label.
