Physical description
The arched, leather-upholstered back of the chair slopes down into the arms and terminates in the tips of outward-scrolling false arm posts. The back/arms member is mounted on uprights and five square-in-section vertical bars. The shaped, wooden seat is mounted on bobbin-turned legs that terminate in pear-shaped feet. The bobbin-turned side stretchers are connected by a pair of bobbin-turned cross stretchers.
