Physical description
The sleeveless dress is constructed from four scarves. The bodice has a plunging "V" neckline and the skirt with floating panels has a handkerchief style hemline, with hand rolled and stitched edges. The silk scarves are dyed in hot pink, orange and yellow colours and feature large amorphic shaped patterns. The fabric surface is delicateley patterned overall with feathering created by a combination of handpainting and resist printing techniques. The dress has a centre back zip fastening.
