Physical description
(a) The oval sardonyx cameo is carved with a classical female head in profile to the left. It is mounted vertically in a sloping gold frame overlaid at the top with loops and pendant wreaths, set with a ruby and pearls, and hung with chains and a fringe of chains terminating in seed pearls. (b) and (c) Each earring has a circular and tear-shaped sardonyx cameo carved with classical female profiles, hung one above the other and mounted in a similar fashion to the brooch.
