Physical description
The double-breasted jacket of black polyester with a 'crinkled' surface treatment is cut to sit below the hipline. It has a wide notched lapel and a wide cummerbund-style belt fastening with two self-covered buttons and held in place with four floating belt loops. The jacket fastens with three sets of buttons and has a deep pocket with flap on each side panel. The matching skirt has a narrow yoke and fixed waistband and features a deep decorative hemline of black feathers.
