(gg) typed text on paper label on inside cover of folder c.: 'NOON TIME PIECE' / 30 recordings 5" x 5". / 1 Calendar 11" x 14". / 1 location 8" x 10". / The Recordings in this piece should be placed edge / to edge on a wall in a horizontal sequence 1 to 30. / They can be attached to the wall with transparent / photo mounting corners. It is essential that they are / presented in the right sequence of the numbers on the / reverse side. / The other two parts should be located on a wall nearby. Roger Cutforth / May 69.
printed on letterpress on front of folder c.: NOON TIME-PIECE. / (APRIL)
typed text on inside of folder on paper page c.: Roger Cutforth (underlined) / SUGGESTIONS FOR MOUNTING IN ROOM #3 / 'Noon Time-Piece' (crossed out) / The photos in this piece are placed edge to edge on a wall at about / eye-level, altogether they have a horizontal length of 12' 6". / Centered on the west wall there would be approx 2' 6" left on each side / of them: from the plan of the room it looks like they will be out of / the way of the door there. / Its essential that they are always presented / in the sequence of the numbers on the back. / They are attached to the / wall with photo mounting corners, a supply is enclosed in the box. / The best way I can suggest to assemble them is to draw a line on the / wall just under the height they are attached, and about 12' 4" / long, then mount each photo with the top edge just covering the line, / when complete the line will be covered and they should be straight horizontally. Another way requiring more effort, is to make a mark / on the wall each time, keeping them squared-up as you go along. / The mounting corners will stick with a light pressure, but its advisable / when they are all up to give each corner a firmer pressure. / The calendar and location could go on the north wall if they seem alright there. / The price of this work is $300. / I have also enclosed two books, on titled 'April' The other 'Thermal - Landscape'. I don't want them to be used in this show, they are not part / of the work being exhibited, but if anyone is interested to see them, / and if you can use them in a show at anytime please do. Ill also / leave the price to you as Im not familiar with the situation in Australia. / I have only produced one of each of them, although I intend subsequent / ones to be in larger quantities.
