Physical description
Wheel made jug with round body and flattened ring back. Very short neck merging into a trefoil mouth with inverted rim. A handle extends from the rim to just below the shoulder of the body. The handle is decorated with horizontal painted bands of a dark brown colour. A brown hooked tail extends from the base of the handle. The rim is painted dark brown with two circular "eyes" painted in brown on either side of the mouth. A red and a brown band circle the neck. In dark brown on either side of the mouth. A red and brown band circle the neck. In dark brown on the front of the body is painted a series of vertical arrows becoming smaller towards the base and ending in a dark triangle. This abstract impression looks quite "fish-like".
