Physical description
Sleeveless black evening dress with cowl neckline, two black velvet shoulder straps (thin). Plain bodice with long skirt section. Eleven horizontal bands of rucked and frayed fabric with velvet. Off the shoulder neckline with feature of rucked and frayed fabric piece fastens with long metal zip at centre back.
