Physical description
(a-b) Baby blue and white cotton seersucker jacket with long sleeves, wide lapel and centre front fastening of two buttons. The jacket features a floating white organza ruffle which attaches at the waist to form two deep pockets either side of centre front. The jacket is lined in white cotton fabric. Fastening to the inside of the jacket by 5 small buttons and loops is a separate long white cotton organza train. The train is gathered to a ribbon band and descends in a puckered fashion to the floor. The fabric has been caught up and stitched at points and there are 3 ribbon ties which descend from the waist to attach at points forming a bustle at rear. (c) Baby blue and white stripe seesucker cotton skirt in A-line shape with asymmetrical hemline and gathered frill formed by a bagged hemline. The skirt fastens at rear with a short plastic zip. There are 2 darts either side of the zip. The skirt is lined.
